The Kimberley and Invermere Employment Centres provide a wide range of employment services, including job search assistance, career counselling and free access for job seekers to postings of current job openings, computers, phones, fax and photocopier.
Both centres have bright, open public space for job search activities, private counsellor offices, with a meeting room for workshops.

A Job Board of local postings which is updated daily.
Computer stations with MS-Word for preparation of resumes, cover letters and other documents related to job search.
Internet access for job search and career research.

Employment and Career Counselling
Job seekers are guided in developing their own career development or educational action plans that will enhance their opportunities for finding employment. Client-centered counselling services are conducted according to professional standards, with the highest respect for individual confidentiality.
Referral to Government Funded Programs
Referral to the East Kootenay Wage Subsidy Program , which provides funding to the employers to encourage hiring E.I.-eligible workers who need on-the-job training.
